This homemade hot honey buffalo sauce is tangy, sweet, and packs a ton of flavour! This wing sauce is an excellent way to add pizzazz to your meals.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter – melted
- 2/3 cup Kaitaia Fire chili pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of cayenne powder
- 1 tsp of teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp of teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Combine the Kaitaia Fire chili pepper sauce, Manuka Doctor Hot and Spicy honey, butter, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne in a small pot.
Place on the stove over medium-low heat and bring the sauce to a simmer. Once the butter has melted and the honey has dissolved, remove from the heat.
Let cool and place into a mason jar. The sauce will thicken as it cools down.
